Lucantha Employee since 2015

Lucas began working at Lucantha in 2015 attending Roger Williams University where he double majored in Finance and Mathematics and was a member of the Center for Advanced Financial Education (CAFÉ) where he was a part of a team that managed over $800,000 in two real asset portfolios. Over his time in CAFÉ, Lucas was able to travel internationally to present the portfolios and saw a 5.3% cumulative growth over the course of two semesters. In addition to Café, Lucas was also a member of the Roger Williams Men’s Soccer Team for 4 years.

After graduating college in 2020, Lucas officially rejoined Lucantha as a full-time member of the new business team. In addition to working for Lucantha, Lucas also completed the AssuredPartners Internship program. Lucas is a very hands-on and a dedicated member of the new business team, making him an indispensable part of Lucantha.

His strong work ethic focused on stellar customer service along with a sociable demeanor makes him a very uplifting team member who always goes above and beyond at Lucantha. Lucas is responsible for running various monthly/yearly reports that offer insight into our efficiency and hit ratios for broker and carrier success rates. Lucas has been an integral member of our new business team.
