Kimberly began her insurance career in 1998 as a Worker’s Compensation Claims Assistant. She started working in marine insurance for Falvey Insurance group in 2014 as an account manager in the charter department handling all renewals, policy changes and invoicing. Kimberly continued on at Falvey after they exited the market and took the lead with all the yacht and charter requests until their official close. She remained employed until 2022 as assistant to the Vice President and eventually transitioned to lead placement specialist for their Motor Truck Cargo program.

Everyone that has worked with Kimberly commends her for her customer service skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continual growth. Kimberly also has a positive attitude and is always there to lend a helping hand and to take on a team project. Just in her short time here, she has become an integral member of the renewal and claims teams.
